FIRST MELBOURNE SCREENING OF CONTEMPORARY ART DOCO, THE RUN UP.

Featuring twenty-six of the most eminent artists of today, The Run Up is a visual and historical representation of contemporary art. The documentary is composed of one-on-one interviews with the artists that depict their personal journeys in finding their artistic style as well as creating a space for themselves within the art world.

Featuring a variety of fine, graffiti and street artists, designers and photographers, directors Shaun Roberts and Joey Garfield filmed the artists in a sequence of vignettes, where each segment reveals the artists’ visions and the inspirations behind their artwork.
